All rooms are en suite and situated within the hotel with Full Kitchenette containing Combi Microwave, Fridge, Hobs, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery and Crockery. Daily Servicing.

Once Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Terms have been booked no reductions can be made for meals not consumed.

EARLY HIGHFIELD BOOKING OFFER
Confirm your booking with a non- refundable deposit followed by FULL PRE PAYMENT by 31st January 2006 and receive a complimentary Group “A” hire car. Collision Damage, Insurance & Petrol to be settled direct by the guest with Europcar on collection.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS AT THE HIGHFIELD COUNTRY HOTEL
Once you have checked our current availability we will hold a Provisional Reservation for 24 Hours.
In order to confirm a booking a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of one nights stay per week booked, is required. Deposits can be made payable by Cheque, Debit or Credit Card. We accept Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
Guests departing prior to their expected date of departure will be charged for ALL accommodation not used, as confirmed at time of booking.
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT RELEVANT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELVES AGAINST NON-ARRIVAL DUE TO SICKNESS OR INJURY, OR CANCELLATION BY A CARRIER (AIRLINE OR FERRY OPERATOR). THE HOTEL DOES NOT ARRANGE INSURANCES.
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE APPLIED AS FOLLOWS:
28 - 15 days 50% of the full payment due.
14 - 8 days 75% of the full payment due.
7 - 1 day 90% of the full payment due.
Arrival Date 100% full payment.

We are able to arrange travel by air and sea, please enquire at the time of booking.
CAR HIRE
If you would like to hire a car to explore the island during your visit please enquire at the time of booking and receive competitive early booking rates.
